Returns
Not the right fit or changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.

Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please pack the item carefully so it arrives back in good condition.

How to return
1. Email info@powderfashion.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days after letting us know.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full price of the returned item(s) to your original payment method within 14 days. You will get an email when the refund has been processed.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you received a wrong or faulty item, we cover the return costs and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
